The fall sports season is almost here. Now is the time to get your press box sorted before the first whistle. In the meantime, here's a quick look at what's on deck at Press Box Toolkit.
Getting ready for fall?
We're here to help
If you need help getting Press Box Toolkit set up for your season, building your first game, importing rosters, organizing your music, or simply talking through how your game day runs, we're happy to help.
Drop us an email and we'll find a convenient time to connect. There's no cost and no catch. My goal is to help you march into your first game feeling ready.
Coming soon: PBT v2!
We launched PBT v1 in January 2026. Since then, we've added several more tools and grown to dozens of users. We've been busy this summer building the next version based directly on user feedback. If there's a missing feature or something that drives you crazy, now is the time to let us know!
What's happening behind the scenes
Georgia Tech CREATE-X
Press Box Toolkit is part of the Georgia Tech CREATE-X Startup Launch program this summer, which is helping us transition from a side project into a real company. That means a stronger product, better support, and something built to last.
PA Announcer Summit
We're excited to head to North Carolina next week for the PA Announcer Summit with about 50 other announcers from across the country. We'll learn, share stories, sharpen our craft, and keep growing in this unique corner of game-day operations.
Looking forward to connecting with everyone and bringing new ideas back to the Press Box Toolkit community. If you're going, please say hello!
Looking for a few more founding pilot partner schools
We're partnering with a small number of schools as founding partners. Two schools have already signed up, but we need a few more.
It's simple: you use Press Box Toolkit free all season. In return, you tell us what works, what doesn't, and what's missing. Your feedback will directly shape the product direction.
Founding partners will get the best pricing when a paid version launches. If your school is interested, please reach out to us. There's no cost and no obligation. Join us!
Spread the word
If you know another announcer, DJ, or athletic director who could use Press Box Toolkit, please pass this along. Word of mouth from people who actually do this work means more than anything we could say.
Thanks for being an early adopter. Have a great season, and let's make every game run smoothly!
